Doctors, dentists, nurses, and healthcare specialists are invited to take part in a two-week stay on Fanning Island that balances personal experience with real contribution to the local community.

Spend your first week exploring the pristine flats, lagoons, and offshore waters of Fanning Island.

Daily guided fly fishing
Access to remote and uncrowded waters
